Why did you choose this car?
Gunner: "I owned a G35 Coupe for almost 5 years and a G37 build was always in the back of my mind. Seeing the Low N' Slow G37 Builds dating back to 2011/2012 really gave me inspiration on this build. Clean and simple aesthetics have always been my cup of tea. It seems as though that style has died out over the years, so I kept it alive and well with the G37. "
What was the main goal when you started this build?
Gunner: "The vision for this car was always somewhat set in stone. I wanted something clean, simple and done with quality. The goal was to create something not as much eye catching as it was attention to detail. Most of the parts I chose are subtle and have clean styling. The flashiest part of the car was definitely the wheel choice. I've always thought wheel choice was the main factor in determining the car's feel and emotion."
Is there anything you would have done differently with the build if you could go back?
Gunner: "For now I haven't owned the car long enough to regret any decisions made. I'm sure at some point I'll break something and get pissed but for now I'm content with the build. "
What are your future plans for the car?
Gunner: "I have a custom titanium exhaust for the car that hasn't went on yet. I also have some rear Aero parts that will soon be added. Small things here and there are expected. Lots of custom paint work/carbon fiber under the hood will happen sooner or later as well. No widebody plans. We have to SAVE THE STOCK BODIES!"
Gunner: "My girlfriend Kaitlyn for putting up with a lifestyle that revolves around impracticality. Jake Lott, pretty sure I ruined his life by getting him into cars but he's always around to help out and his camera skills aren't half bad. Jon @Z1 for always coming through with tuning. Jack @VR/GMR Wheels for building me wheels that make me broke AF. All of my Vile friends that aren't scared of being static in a bagged world. The Instagram followers that hung around after SmurfG35 died. Honorable mention: Memes, Donald Trump, Watercooled Ind, XXR, Craigslist & Miller Lite. "
